Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I completely understand! All I ask is a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the total service.
• Rescheduling Policy: Any appointment rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date must be rebooked within 48 hours of the original appointment time. If the appointment is not rescheduled within that time frame, the client will be responsible for paying 100% of the service cost at their next session in addition to the 50% rescheduling fee. All cancellation and rescheduling fees are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• After multiple last-minute cancellations, a non-refundable deposit may be required to rebook.
